Simon and I went to Chicago Bagel Authority on Thursday morning and it was closed due to fire! Simon was starving so we went across the street to subway for breakfast. I wasn't a huge fan, but Simon was a champ at eating his own sandwich!
There was a TV in the corner that had Subway commercials looping, Simon found it fascinating.
This is by far my favorite Simon video!!!! HAHA he is so cute with that huge sandwich and laying his head back like a little old man watching tv. so cute! I miss that face :)
