First Cub Scouts Camping Trip - Simon and Alan

Simon and Alan went on Simon's first Cub Scouts camping trip. They left Friday night and arrived at the site after dark. They set up the tent in the rain with the car headlights as their light. Despite the cold and wet first night, they had a great day. Simon was a part of the flag raising ceremony.  He also climbed to the top of a 2 story (ish) rock climbing wall and hung out with some boys from his Tiger Den and some of the older kids.

Simon already earned his first badge by memorizing the Cub Scout Oath and the Words. He is looking forward to many more camping trips in the future.
