Simon the Wolf

I let Simon use my phone as a mirror after he got his face painted. I set it up in selfie mode so he could watch himself howl. Here are the pictures to make you smile.

Tea Parties

While Simon and I were out at his baseball thing, Alan and Lillian played Tea Party.

Simon - Baseball 2017

Simon is playing baseball at OZ Park this year. They have a ton of kids/teams. They're split up by age and use the names of real teams for their team names. Simon is playing on 5s Red Sox. There are 10ish kids on the team and we had uniform pickup and picture day on Sunday. It was a BLAST. I thought it would be like 20 minutes, but they had popcorn, food, cotton candy, balloons, face painting and a DJ. It was a great time. We were there almost 2 hours. Games start mid April, expect many pictures.

Roscoe Village Belmont Bunny Hop 2017

We attended the Belmont Bunny Hop again - and this year Simon brought his best friend Grant. The kids were great listeners (thank heavens, since there was only one adult). We did pictures with the bunny, had our hands painted, did crafts and ate some chocolate. We also did LOTS of running up and down the sidewalk and laughing.

Easter Bunny Ears!
Those cups contain a nest with a rock bunny in them.

Lillian refused to get near the bunny.
Egg painted on her hand.
Bunny painted on his hand.
Funny Friend Faces!
Lillian said she could make a funny face too!

March Random Pictures

Random pictures from March.

Out to eat. I think they were _trying_ to be calm.

Sequence of taking a picture of the kids...

1) They're doing something you want a picture of...
2) They see you taking a picture.
3) They give up what they're doing in order to be the star of the picture.

Gaga and Papa Visit - March 24-27, 2017

We had a great weekend with Gaga and Papa. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible so we didn't get to go outside much, but we had a couple entertaining kids to keep us going. It was a great weekend!

Watching Simon play DS was a surprisingly entertaining activity.

Auntie Amy did her hair!
First Scooters trip of the year.

I was too slow to get her ice cream in the picture.
More photos after the jump!
